Dr. Nicole Lane is very proud to have been a life long Burlington area resident. After graduating from Queen’s University with an Honours B.Sc, she pursued her D.M.D. degree from McGill University’s Faculty of Dentistry. Following graduation in May 2007, she completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University at Buffalo. During her residency she participated in a rewarding, life changing dentistry outreach trip to Dominican Republic where she and her colleagues provided free access to dental care for those who would have otherwise been unable to obtain it. For the three years following her residency, Dr. Lane has worked as a dedicated associate in private practice.
Patients comment on her genuine, enthusiastic and caring attitude. Additionally, they appreciate her gentle and sincere approach to dentistry. “I value getting to know my patients and establishing long, lasting relationships”, she says. “I truly care about them and I am committed to putting their individual needs as my top priority.”
Dr. Lane enjoys working with patients of all ages. “I love treating entire families and have a special place in my heart for children as I strive to make their visits to the dentist a fun, positive experience. I believe in creating a comfortable atmosphere for patients that promotes a lifetime of excellent oral health,” she explains.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lane and her husband are busy at home with the newest additions to their family, twin boys! “They are truly a double blessing!” She says. In her spare time she enjoys, camping trips, playing ice hockey, snowboarding and cooking.
